شاركت دولة فلسطين في اجتماعات الجمعية العمومية الـ81 للمجلس الدولي للرياضة العسكرية، التي أُقيمت في إمارة موناكو خلال الفترة من 3 إلى 8 أيار 2026، بمشاركة ممثلين عن 82 دولة. ومثّل فلسطين العقيد د. معن بركات، رئيس الاتحاد العام للرياضة العسكرية الفلسطينية، حيث التقى بعدد من رؤساء الوفود والبعثات المشاركة. كما أُقيم افتتاح أعمال الجمعية في قصر موناكو بحضور الأمير ألبرت الثاني، وتناولت الاجتماعات الخطة الاستراتيجية ودورة الألعاب العسكرية المقررة عام 2027 في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، إضافة إلى مناقشة التقريرين الإداري والمالي وعدد من التوصيات لتطوير الرياضة العسكرية وتعزيز التعاون بين الدول الأعضاء.

The State of Palestine participated in the 81st General Assembly meetings of the International Military Sports Council, held in the Principality of Monaco from May 3 to 8, 2026, with representatives from 82 countries taking part. Palestine was represented by Colonel Dr. Maen Barakat, President of the Palestinian Military Sports Federation, who met with several heads of delegations and participating missions. The opening ceremony of the assembly was held at the Prince’s Palace of Monaco in the presence of Prince Albert II. The meetings discussed the strategic plan and the Military World Games scheduled for 2027 in the United States of America, in addition to reviewing the administrative and financial reports and approving several recommendations aimed at developing military sports and strengthening cooperation among member states.
