توج المنتخب العسكري الفلسطيني (نادي القوات الفلسطيني) بلقب كأس الشهيد ياسر عرفات، بعد فوزه في النهائي الذي أقيم على ملعب الغازية في لبنان ضمن دورات الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم في الشتات. وشهدت المباراة النهائية، التي جمعته بنادي الإخوة، أجواء إخوية وروح تنافسية شريفة، وحضرها رئيس الاتحاد زياد البقائي ومسؤول الرياضة العسكرية العقيد عبد الهادي الأسدي، إلى جانب عدد من المسؤولين الرياضيين والعسكريين الفلسطينيين. وقد مثل اللقاء تجسيداً للدور الوطني للرياضة، وخاصة الرياضة العسكرية، في تعزيز الوحدة والهوية بين الفلسطينيين في الشتات.

The Palestinian Military Team (Palestinian Forces Club) won the Martyr Yasser Arafat Cup after its victory in the final held at Al-Ghaziya Stadium in Lebanon as part of the tournaments organized by the Palestinian Football Federation in the Diaspora. The final match, which brought them together with the Al-Ikhwa (Brotherhood) Club, was marked by a fraternal atmosphere and a spirit of fair competition. It was attended by the Federation's President, Ziad Al-Baqai, and the Palestinian Military Sports Official in Lebanon, Colonel Abdul Hadi Al-Asadi, alongside a number of Palestinian sports and military officials. The encounter embodied the national role of sports, particularly military sports, in promoting unity and identity among Palestinians in the Diaspora.
